Mac Apps Won’t Launch And/Or Are Reporting They’re Damaged
It sounds silly, but sometimes a simple reboot is fixing this problem, so before you call in specialist IT support, try rebooting.

Another option is to completely clear your cache within Safari history and try to have less tabs open.
