Quite apart from the fact that these technicians do a great job and give great advice, the thing I love the most is that they are really helpful. Never once has any person at IT WIFI treated me like an idiot just because I am not a tech-head. After transferring piles of data onto a new computer for me recently, they invited me to contact them for tech-support as I re-set up in my home office ... which I did. They were GREAT. And not just great, but kind, tolerant, patient and helpful -- wonderfully helpful. I'd recommend them to anyone.
